语块教学促进英语议论文写作能力提高的实证研究

摘　　要：写作是大学英语教学要求的重要内容,而学生议论文写作水平差强人意。语块理论为解决此问题提供了新途径。将80名非英语专业学生作为被试,分组进行语块教学实验,对其议论文写作成绩和语块使用情况进行分析,得出语块习得水平与英语议论文写作能力呈正相关的结论。Writing is an important skill as required by the National College English Curriculum.However,the performance of argumentative writing is not satisfactory.Chunk studies in second language acquisition field provide a new approach to solve this problem.This paper performs a Chunk teaching experiment with 80 non-English major college students as objects.By analyzing the use of Chunks and the assessment of their writing assignments,the result indicates that the acquisition of Chunks is significantly related to the argumentative writing proficiency.There exists a linear relationship between them.
