摘　　要：对我校学生自发体育社团的现状进行调查与分析,并对体育社团活动中存在的问题进行研究,提出学校应加强对体育社团的重视和管理,加大宣传力度,增强师生的社团意识,重视体育社团管理人才的培养,为学生体育社团提供必须的物质条件。Based on the survey and analysis on the latest development of the students＇ voluntary organizations in Zhao Tong Teacher＇s College and through studying the issues arising in their activities, this paper is intended to propose that the college should place more emphasis on and strengthen the management of the students＇organization and beef up the effort of publicity, strengthen the organizational awareness of the faculty and the students as well as stress training talented members for the organizations and provide necessary materials for the suedents＇ organizations.
