摘　　要：该文简单阐述成形网高压针形喷淋管的安装位置、距离、喷淋角度、喷淋管的摆动幅度及速度等对成形网清洁效果的影响,目的在于进一步提高成形网清洁及洗涤效果,提高纸机效率并减少高压喷淋对成形网的损坏。The high pressure needle shower system, including the location of shower, distance from fabric, Angle of shower jet with respect to the forming fabric, nozzle spacing,Oscillation speed, Length of stroke, nozzle size, such as that ,are the important factors of the cleaning for the forming fabric of papermaking machine, the effect of cleaning about the above factors of high pressure needle shower will be introduced in the paper.
