摘　　要：＂做事＂是＂做人＂的载体,＂做人＂融于＂做事＂之中。应多给差异生尝试的机会,让其在做事中发现自己的价值所在,找到自信点,再加以适当的因势利导的教育。The ＂work＂ is ＂life＂ of the carrier,＂life＂ melt in ＂work＂.Give students opportunities to try different,so that in their work found their own value,self-confidence,combined with appropriate capitalize on the trend of education.
