摘  要:通过对某车平面路等速行驶各档负荷曲线与发动机MAP图的匹配分析,提出了基于轨压、提前角等参数的优化标定方法,使该系统在满足排放法规和发动机设计指标的前提下,实现了良好的扭矩特性和经济性。通过对比试验表明:整车油耗降低了近8%,优化了原机的经济性,并为其他机型的降油耗提供了有益借鉴。By matching analysis of the engine MAP and the load curves of an automobile running on the level road surface by constant speeds in different shifts,a method of optimizing calibration based on the rail pressure and timing was suggested.On condition that the emission standards and engine design requirements were met,smooth and plump full load torque and the best possible fuel economy were realized.Finally by the comparative test vehicle fuel consumption reduced by nearly 8 percent,to optimize the economy of the original engine meanwhile provide useful references for other model engines.
