摘　　要：目的：探讨Ｉｇ样蛋白的表达与恶性肿瘤分化及增殖细胞核抗原（ｐｒｏｌｉｆｅｒａｔｉｎｇｃｅｌｎｕｃｌｅａｒａｎｔｉｇｅｎ，ＰＣＮＡ）的关系。方法：应用免疫组织化学方法对３２例乳腺癌、大肠癌、胃癌等上皮性恶性肿瘤及相应正常组织细胞内Ｉｇ样蛋白的表达与肿瘤分化、增殖细胞核抗原表达的相关性进行了分析。结果：Ｉｇ样蛋白与ＰＣＮＡ在这些肿瘤细胞内都呈阳性反应，而在相应的正常组织细胞内这两种蛋白表达很少或不表达，但依肿瘤的分化程度不同，其阳性强度也不同，即呈现分化程度越高，其阳性强度越弱的趋势。Objective: To study whether expression of Ig like protein has relation to tumor differentiation and expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA). Methods: Using the immunohistochemical method for analyzing the expression of Ig like protein in 32 cases of epithelial malignant tumor and its corresponding normal tissues, then detecting whether the expression of Ig like protein has relation to cancer cell differentiation and expression of proliferation cell nuclear antigen(PCNA). Results: Both expression of Ig like protein and PCNA were significantly positive in various malignant tumor cells; while in normal tissues only a little or no Ig like protein was present.According to different degrees of differentiation of tumor cells, the positive level was different, i.e.higher the degree of differentiation, lower the positive level. Conclusion: Expression of Ig like protein has relation to tumor differentiation and expression of PCNA.
