摘  要:目的探讨半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)、细胞角蛋白(CK19)、甲状腺球蛋白(Tg)、人骨髓内皮细胞标记物(HBME-1)蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)中的表达特点及其临床意义。方法用免疫组化(SP两步法)检测Ga-lectin-3、CK19、Tg、HBME-1在35例PTC、20例结节性甲状腺肿(NG)和10例癌旁正常甲状腺组织中的表达,观察其结果。结果 Galectin-3、CK19、HBME-1在PTC组表达的阳性率分别为97.14%、85.71%、94.29%;在NG组阳性率分别为10.00%、25.00%、10.00%,且均为弱阳性;癌旁正常甲状腺组织阳性率均为0;PTC组表达的阳性率明显高于NG组和癌旁正常甲状腺组织(P均<0.01)。在PTC组、NG组及正常甲状腺组织中,Tg阳性表达率分别为80.00%、80.00%和100.00%(P>0.05)。结论组织学结合Galectin-3、CK19、Tg、HBME-1的检测,有助于PTC诊断和鉴别诊断。Objective To explore the expressive characteristics of Galectin-3,cytokeratin 19(CK19),thyroglobulin (Tg) and human bone marrow endothelial cells(HBME-1) and their clinical significance in papillary thyroid carcinoma.Methods The expressions of Galectin-3,CK19,Tg and HBME-1 in PTC,nodular goiter(NG) and normal thyroid tissue near the cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry method(SP two-step method),and the results were observed.Results The positive rates of Galectin-3,CK19 and HBME-1 in PTC were 97.14%,85.71% and 94.29%,respectively;in NG were 10.00%,25.00% and 10.00%,respectively,and all were weakly positive;in normal thyroid tissue were 0.The positive rates of Galectin-3,CK19 and HBME-1 in PTC were significantly higher than those in NG and in normal thyroid tissue (all P0.01).The positive rates of Tg in PTC,NG and normal thyroid tissue were 80.00%,80.00% and 100.00%,respectively,and there were no significant differences (P0.05).Conclusions Combination of histology and detection of Galectin-3,CK19,Tg and HBME-1 will offer a great help for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma.
