摘　　要：国际民商事诉讼管辖权的冲突不仅是一个重大的理论问题,而且是一个复杂的实践问题。本文首先从比较法角度,对解决国际民商事诉讼管辖权冲突应当遵循的原则和解决办法作了探讨,然后针对我国立法的现状及不足提出了一些相应的完善方案。The conflict of international civil and commercial jurisdiction is a very important issue in theory as well as in practice.Firstly the principle and solution of the conflict of international civil and commercial jurisdiction are presented and discussed comparatively,Furthermore the present situation of Chinese legislation concerned and problems involved are analyzed with several suggestions on how to perfect it.
