竖式法原理及其在修配装配法尺寸链计算中的变通应用

摘　　要：分析了竖式法的原理及计算方式,并根据修配装配法尺寸链计算时的极限条件,按照超差后的公差改变封闭环的另一个极值,将竖式法变通应用于求解补偿环数据。This paper discusses the principle of vertical form method（VFM） and the way of its computation.According to the extreme condition of the Dimension Chain（DC） computation of Fitting Method（FM）,by the other extreme of the closed loop changed by tolerance after out of tolerance,this article applied flexibly VFM to get the data of compensation loop.
