摘 要:目的:探讨护士职业认同的现状及特点,为提升护士职业认同水平提供理论参考依据。方法:采用护士自我认知量表,对温州市医疗机构461名护士进行问卷调查分析。结果:温州市医疗机构护士职业认同均值为(5.35±1.02),处于肯定略多于否定状态,其中监护室护士的职业认同水平低于其他科室护士;护师低于护士、主管护师及以上人员;26-30岁护士低于其他年龄组护士;而聘用护士高于正式护士;护士长高于临床护士;护士职业认同水平随着收入满意度的提升而提升。结论:温州市医疗机构护士的职业认同现状应引起重视,应根据职业认同的特点,针对不同对象,采取不同的培育方法,以有效提升护理队伍的整体职业认同水平,提高护士收入满意度是提升护士职业认同水平有效途径之一。Objectives: To explore the status of professional self-concept and its characteristics of nurses and give theory evidence for promoting nurse's professional self-concept. Methods: 461 nurses in Wenzhou medical institutions were investigated by nurses’ self-identity questionnaire. Results: The average score of nurses professional self-concept(NPSC) were 5.35±1.02 and positive was little more than negative. ICU nurses,nurses with the secondary junior professional rank,and nurses with 26-30years old had lower lever of NPSC than the other group samples respectively. And nurses managers were evaluated with higher level of NPSC than that of clinical nurses,and with the increasing of salary satisfaction,NPSC increased. Conclusions: The issue of NPSC in Wenzhou medical institutions needs special attention. Different methods may be adopted for different nurses according to its Characteristics of NPSC and increasing nurses’ salary satisfaction may be an effective strategy to address it.
