摘　　要：针对政府部门之间信息资源难以实现共享的问题,提出了区域政务信息资源共享交换平台的概念,并对区域政务信息资源共享交换平台的业务模型、体系结构、核心服务及核心系统进行了阐述。通过实践证明,区域政务信息资源共享交换平台能够有效解决政务部门在资源共享过程中面临的核心技术问题,是当前政府解决政务信息资源共享问题的有效支撑系统。In order to deal with key problems of information resources sharing between government agencies,the concept of Regional E-Government information resources sharing and exchanging platform is proposed in this paper.The design of business model,architecture,service model,kernel systems of Regional E-Government information resources sharing and exchanging platform are presented.Engineering practice shows that the platform can deal with the key technique problems of information resources sharing between different departments.
