摘 要:以番茄为试材,通过盆栽试验,研究4株芽孢杆菌与1株酵母菌组合后对甲壳素的降解效果,以及甲壳素降解液防治番茄南方根结线虫病的效果。结果表明,所有菌株组合后的降解效果最好,其降解液的粘度最低、几丁质酶活性最高。用甲壳素降解液处理番茄根际土壤,可提高土壤中细菌、真菌和放线菌的群落数量,降低番茄南方根结线虫的根结率和根结指数。甲壳素降解液对南方根结线虫病防治效果为54.29%,是甲壳素培养基处理的2.58倍。This paper mainly studied chitin degradation effect of different combination of several microbes(Bacillus spp. and Saccharomyces spp.)and control effect of chitin degradation liquid(CDL)on tomato(Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.)disease of root-knot nematodes by artificially inoculating Meloidogyne incognita. The results indicated that mixture of 4 Bacillus strains and a Saccharomyces strain had best degradation effect on chitin with the lowest viscosity, the highest chitinase activity. CDL could control tomato root-knot nematodes disease effectively, decrease root-knot rate and root-knot index. Therefore,control effect was 54.29 %, which was 2.58 times compared with the treatment of chitin liqiud medium. CDL could also improve the populations of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in soil.
