青年与老年人胃癌组织中Ki-67和MVD计数表达的对比研究

摘　　要：目的对青年和老年人的胃癌组织进行Ki-67和MVD计数表达进行对比研究,井探讨两组胃癌的临床病理特征。方法用免疫组织化学方法检测37例老年人胃癌及18例青年人胃癌的Ki-67和CD34水平。结果在非选择人群,Ki-67的阳性表达率及MVD计数均随胃癌分化程度降低而提高,MVD数目还随浸润深度的增加而增多(P<0.05)。在具有相同的组织学分化程度、浸润深度或局部淋巴结转移情况的胃癌中,青年组中的Ki-67阳性率及MVD数目均显著高于老年组(P<0.05)。结论 Ki-67及MVD在青年人胃癌细胞中的高表达提示青年人胃癌细胞具有更强的增殖活性及浸润转移能力。Objective To explore the pathogenesis differences between young and aged patients,examimng the expression of Ki-67 and MVD count in gastric carcinoma.Mothods The expression of Ki-67 and MVD count in fitty five gastric carcinoma（incuding 37 aged and 18 young patients）were exanuned by immunohistochemical stain.Results In 55 gastric carcinoma cases,the positive rates for Ki-67 and the MVD count enchanced as invasive depth increased（P〈0.05）,In the gastric carcinoma cases with the same differentiation,invasive depth or local lymph node metastastasis,Ki-67 positive expression and mean MVD count in young posticnts were significantly higher than those in cldcrly patients（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ki-67 ovcrexprcssion and the higher mcan MVD count in young patients with gastric carcinoma than the aged patients indicate the gastric carcinoma cells in young patients may possess much stronger prolileration,invasion and metastasis abilities.
