Cerec 3D制作的全瓷冠3年临床效果回顾性评价

摘　　要：目的:评价Cerec 3D制作的全瓷冠3年临床效果。方法:选取2006年1月～2006年8月来我院就诊采用Cerec 3D制作的全瓷冠修复的患者99例,共制作105个全瓷冠作为研究对象。同时选取同时期108例患者制作的111个镍镉烤瓷冠为对照组,主要评价全瓷冠和镍镉烤瓷冠的完整性、边缘密合性、边缘染色和牙龈指数。结果:两组修复体在冠完整性方面无统计学差异,Cerec 3D制作的全瓷冠组在边缘密合性、牙龈指数和边缘染色方面优于镍镉烤瓷组。结论:根据本研究结果,Cerec 3D制作的全瓷冠具有临床推广价值。Objective The authors conducted this investigation to evaluate the practicality and performance of restorations generated by Cerec 3D after three years of clinical service.Methods In this pilot study,the authors checked 105 single-tooth,all-ceramic restorations in 99 patients using Cerec 3D,111 Ni-Cr PFM crowns in 108 patients.These crowns were made from 2006.1～2006.8.Results After three years,there was no any statistically significant influence（P〈0.05） on the clinical performance of the all-ceramic restorations and Ni-Cr PFM crowns on facture of prostheses after three years.The all-ceramic crown was better than Ni-Cr PFM crowns in gingival index（GI）,margin sealing and marginal color.Conclusion All-ceramic CAD/CAM-generated restorations are an alternative to conventional restorations.
