摘　　要：目的:通过对近视眼患者行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术的手术配合及护理来探讨有效的手术配合方法和护理形式。方法:对255例患者在术前做好健康教育、心理护理、术前准备、术中积极配合、术后做好健康宣教及定期复查随访。结论:正确的手术配合与护理是保证手术成功和减少术后并发症的重要因素之一。Objective To discuss the effective cooperation and nursing in laser in situke ra tom ileusis（LASIK）.Methods 255 patients were given health education,psychological nursing,sufficient preparation before operation,active cooperation during operation,and health education,and schedule follow-up after operation.Conclusion Correct cooperation and nursing are important factors in LASIK to ensure the safety and decrease complications in LASIK.
