摘　　要：社会主义新农村和城乡一体化建设时期，农村劳动力职业教育培训需要瞄准新型农民标准，培养农村实用人才。文章在对新中国成立以来农村劳动力职业教育培训工作成效和问题进行总结和分析的基础上，从工作目标、指导原则、工作抓手、保障机制和工作推手等五方面构建了新时期农村劳动力职业教育培训工作体系。A new socialist countryside and the urban-rural integration period, the rural labor force training needs of aiming at new farmers standard,to train practical talents in rural areas, the article base on Achievement and problem in the New China vocational education and training for rural laborers, Construct the vocational education and training system of the labor force in rural areas from the work objectives, guiding principles, security mechanisms,and so on.
