摘  要:目的研究Fas/FasL在食管鳞癌组织中的表达,并探讨其生物学意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法对食管鳞癌组织和癌旁正常组织的Fas/FasL表达进行检测,并测定鳞癌组织的细胞凋亡率。结果 Fas在鳞癌中的阳性表达率为73.8%,显著低于癌旁正常组织的92.9%(P<0.05);FasL在鳞癌中的阳性表达率为90.5%,显著高于癌旁正常组织的66.7%(P<0.05);低分化鳞癌组织Fas的阳性表达率为54.5%,显著低于中分化鳞癌(79.1%)和高分化鳞癌(85.7%),均P<0.05。鳞癌分化程度越高,癌细胞凋亡率越高。结论食管鳞癌中存在Fas表达的下调和FasL表达的上调,Fas/FasL系统在食管鳞癌发生、发展中发挥作用。【Objective】 To study expression and meaning of Fas/FasL in esophageaI squamous cell carcinoma.【Methods】The specimens of esophageal cancer and normal tissue were collected.The expressions of Fas/FasL were analyzed with jmmunohistochemistry and rate of carcinoma apoptosis were detected.【Results】The expression rate of Fas in squamous cell carcinoma was 73.8%,lower than that in normal tissue (92.9%) significantly (P 0.05).However,the expression rate of FasL in squamous cell carcinoma was 90.5%,higher than that of normal tissue (66.7%) significantly (P 0.05).The expression rate of Fas in poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma was 54.5%,lower than that in moderately differentiated and well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma (79.1%and 85.7) significantly (P 0.05).The better the squamous cell carcinoma differentiated,the higher rate of carcinoma apoptosis was.【Conclusion】Down-reguIation of Fas and up-reguIation of FasL are frequent events associated with the evolution of the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
