摘 要:南京大胜关长江大桥主桥为2联(84+84)m连续钢桁梁+(108+192+336+336+192+108)m六跨连续钢桁拱桥。从深水基础施工,钢梁制造运输、存放预拼、防腐涂装,高强螺栓连接副施工,钢梁架设、合龙等方面综述该桥的工程技术特点和施工方法。通过新材料、新结构、新设备以及新工艺的应用,成功解决了该桥建造过程中的难题,顺利实现大跨度钢桁拱无应力状态下跨中高精度合龙。The main bridge of Nanjing Dashengguan Changjiang River Bridge is a continuous steel truss arch bridge composed of two units of two-span continuous steel truss girders each with span arrangement (84+84) m and 6-span continuous steel truss arches with span arrangement (108 + 192 + 336 + 336 + 192 + 108) m. A summarized account of the construction technique fea- tures and construction methods of the bridge is presented herewith from aspects of the construc- tion of deepwater foundations, manufacturing, transportation, storage, pre-assembling and anti- corrosion coating of the steel girders, installation of high-strength bolt connection sets, erection and closure of the girders. With the application of new materials, new structures, new equipment and new workmanship to the bridge, the problems encountered in the construction process were successfully resolved and the midspan high-accuracy closure of the long span steel truss arch bridge was smoothly realized under unstressed condition.
