摘　　要：在对我国医学信息教育改革与发展的指导思想、基本原则和总体目标基础上,针对当前医药卫生体制改革和医药卫生信息化建设对医学信息专业人才的需求以及当前高等院校医学信息专业教育现状,提出"十二五"期间我国医学信息专业教育发展的七大战略目标、三个战略重点和十项行动计划。On the basis of the guiding ideology,basic principles and overall goals of the reform and development in Chinese medical information education,aiming at the demand of current medical system reform and health informationization for medical information talents,and the present state of medical information education in colleges and universities,seven strategic objectives,three strategic emphases and ten action plans for the development of Chinese medical information education during the national 12th five-year plan period have been proposed in this paper.
