摘　　要：临床实习是医学生理论与实践相结合的重要阶段,是医学生成长为医师的必由之路,其质量的优劣直接关系到学生毕业后的临床实践能力,影响到医学人才的培养。文章通过对我校八所教学医院2008级五年制本科临床实习生的问卷调查结果结合OSCE考试成绩,分析影响临床实习质量的因素,并提出了相应对策。Clinical internship is an important stage to combine theory with practice and an essential process for medical students to become doctors.The quality of clinical internship directly influences the practicing ability of graduated medical students and the achievement of medical education.Based on questionnaires,this paper analyzes the factors that may influence the quality of clinical internship and puts forward some countermeasures.
