摘 要:目的:观察五位一体综合理论教学法在提高病理生理学教学质量中的作用。方法:实验班采用理论教学→阶段案例分析→综合案例分析→医患互动→前临床见习综合教学法,对照班采用传统教学法。结果:实验班在总成绩和传统理论命题部分的得分均明显高于对照班(P<0.01)。结论:该教学法对提高病理生理学教学质量具有重要作用。Objective: To observe the effect of quintet method on teaching of pathophysiology.Method: 212 students from the specialty of anesthesiology were selected and divided randomly into two groups.The test group was receiving quintet teaching method which including theory teaching,stage case analysis,general case analysis,students-patients in-class communication and clinic reinforcement,and the control group receiving traditional teaching.Effect of these two teaching methods was compared by analyzing the final exam score and questionnaire surveys from the two groups.Results: Total scores(74.40±10.34) and scores for traditional part(73.04±9.90) from the test group were significantly higher than those from the control group(66.84±13.44,65.79±13.19 respectively)(P0.01);score for clinical case from the former(1.36±1.22) were still statistically higher than those from the latter(1.05±1.04)(P0.05),but the difference was much smaller.Questionnaire survey showed that most students from the two groups considered contacting clinic ahead of schedule was important for them to improve their learning interest and learning quality.Conclusion: Quintet method in the teaching of pathophysiology could improve students' learning interest and learning quality.
