摘  要:软件知识产权管理的教学能满足社会对多方位复合型人才的需求。分析该课程的多学科交叉特点和教学现状,确定教学目标和策略,提出以现代教学理论为基础,在课程的教学实践中,通过设立清晰教学目标、形成全面教学观、鼓励深层学习法、创设模拟学习环境、组织案例教学和重视学习效果评估等手段,达到培养"厚基础、宽口径、重实践"的交叉人才的目标。Teaching of multi-discipline intersection courses Intellectual Property Management in Software Company meets the demands from the society for compound talents.Both multi-discipline-intersection characters and current teaching status of this course are analyzed deeply.Teaching purpose and strategies are then determined.Based on the modern teaching theory,the main purpose of this course is to cultivate interdisciplinary talents with abilities of solid base,wide caliber and strong practice.To reach this purpose,proposed methods in the teaching practice include setting clear teaching purpose,forming comprehensive teaching concept,encouraging deep approach to learning,establishing simulated learning environment,organizing authority case and caring study result evaluation.
