摘　　要：形、神一直是中国传统哲学、养生学和中医学讨论的重要命题,太极拳则继承了这一基本观点,用以指导自身的理论和实践。而太极拳所追求的"形神相生"、"形神统一"与世界卫生组织提出的健康新模式实现了跨时代,跨地域的吻合,这也使得太极拳运动的传统文化焕发出无限的现代文化生机。在东方体育文化与奥林匹克文化相融合的转型时代,要想更好地传播与发展太极拳这一中国优秀传统文化,就要在注重太极拳运动形式、技术特点传承的同时强调太极拳传统文化的发掘与传承,研究传统太极拳文化在现代社会中的人文内涵,这样才能将太极拳传统文化发扬光大。The present paper obtained from the Taijiquan traditional culture＇s origin,to discuss the Taijiquan traditional culture connotation;modern life sciences＇ research results have discussed the Taijiquan traditional culture＇s modern cultural understanding.Reforming time which fuse in the Eastern sports culture and Olympics culture,if wants a well dissemination and development of Taijiquan,this Chinese outstanding traditional culture,we must pay great attention to Taijiquan movement form,technical characteristics,inheritance,and we should stress Taijiquan traditional culture excavation and the inheritance,research tradition Taijiquan culture in modern society＇s humanities connotation,then we can carry forward Taijiquan traditional culture.
