摘　　要：农民专业合作经济组织职业经理人培养问题,是关乎未来我国农民组织化提高问题的重要因素。因此,对于其培养过程中存在的具体问题分析及所提出的对策建议必将有效地提高整个培养水平。同时,职业经理人的培养对于优化本科就业结构和提高农民专业合作经济组织运行效率都具有极其重大的意义。The professional managers cultivation problem of peasants specialized cooperative economic organizations is an important factor on how to raise peasants organized degree in the future.Therefore,analyzing the specific problems existing in the process and its countermeasures will increase the level of training effectively.At the same time,the cultivation of professional managers will have great significance for optimizing the structure of employment and raising the operational efficiency of peasants specialized cooperative economic organizations.
