摘　　要：目前图书馆对视频资源的著录和标引极不规范,在著录和标引方面的差异使视频资源的检索方法缺少规范性。基于视频资源内容和文本的著录与标引信息的获取,能够详细地对视频资源中的各个镜头进行准确的著录和标引,便于图书馆对视频资源进行管理,方便读者对视频资源各个镜头内容的检索与利用。The cataloging and indexing of video resources is extremely irregular at present,the difference in cataloging and indexing makes the retrieval method lack of normalization.The acquisition of cataloging and indexing information based on the content and text of video resources could carry on the accurate cataloging and indexing for videos resources of each lens in details,be convenient to managing video resources for libraries,and be convenient to the retrieval and utilization of video resources of each lens for readers.
