摘　　要：介绍了一种基于ARM9高速嵌入式处理器和H.264高效压缩算法的嵌入式3G无线视频监控系统。分析了系统的总体结构、硬件结构,并重点阐述了系统软件的设计与实现。实验结果表明,该系统可以达到25帧/秒CIF图像(320×240),实现了视频流畅传输。This paper describes an embedded 3G wireless video monitoring system based on high-speed ARM9-based embedded processor and highly efficient H.264 compression algorithms. Describes the overall system architecture, hardware structure, and focuses on the design and implementation of system software. The experimental results show that the system can achieve 25 frames/s CIF images（320×240）, to achieve smooth transmission of video.
