摘　　要：电工实训教学是培养具有工程实践能力人才的一个重要环节。通过研究教学的特点，分析目前非电专业学生电工实训教学实践中存在的问题，对电工实训教学内容、教学手段、教学形式、实验设备等方面进行完善，取得一定的成效。The exercitation teaching of electrics is an important step for the training of talented personnel with the ability of engineering practice. According to the characteristics of teaching and problems in the non electric professional teaching of electries, improvement on the teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching platform and laboratory apparatus was made, which makes some beneficial effects on the exercitation teaching.
