摘　　要：总结了13例应用机器人辅助腹腔镜行肝切除患者的护理。护理要点包括:术前宣教、术前准备、围手术期营养支持、术后并发症的预防和处理等。在围手术期护理过程中贯彻快速康复外科的理念,有助于促进患者顺利康复。This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing of 13 patients undergoing robotic-assisted laparoscopic hepatectomy.The key points of nursing care were preoperative guidance,preoperative preparations,perioperative nutritional support,prevention and treatment of postoperative complications.It is suggested that the philosophy of fast track surgery should be carried out in the whole process of perioperative nursing to promote the patients＇ recovery.
