摘　　要：在知识经济时代,知识管理与敏捷供应链管理这两种新的管理模式对于企业应对快速多变的市场环境发挥着重要作用。将两种管理理论相结合,就知识要素对敏捷供应链管理的影响,阐述敏捷供应链的特征,在此基础上建立面向敏捷供应链的知识管理系统模型,分析并得出挖掘客户知识、建立动态知识联盟、知识管理风险控制是敏捷供应链中实施知识管理的关键要点。In knowledge economy age,knowledge management and agile supply chain management are new management models.They are both very important in the market environment which is changing quickly.Therefore,they are combined in this paper.Based on the influence of knowledge in agile supply chain,the characteristics of agile supply chain is explained.Then this paper builds a model of knowledge management system for agile supply chain,analyzes and summarizes the key pointsof excavating customer knowledge,organizing dynamic knowledge alliance,controlling risks in knowledge management,which are essential factors when enterprises apply to knowledge management in agile supply chain.
