摘　　要：产业集群演进具有典型的生命周期特征,延长产业集群的生命周期对于促进区域经济发展具有重大意义。企业作为产业集群的基本单元,其群体行为主导了产业集群的演进,这种群体行为就是企业衍生和企业并购,构建企业衍生和企业并购的双螺旋机制模型,论文重点研究该机制对延长集群生命周期的作用机理,并提出根据产业集群的生命周期特征制定匹配政策,保证政策的阶段性、动态性、灵活性及可调节性。The evolution of industrial cluster has the typical life-cycle characteristics.To extend the life cycle of the industrial cluster can do great contribution to the development of regional economy.Enterprise is the fundamental element in industrial cluster.The group behaviors of enterprises dominate the evolution of industrial cluster,such as derivation and MA.In this article,we built a model of the double-helix mechanism based on the enterprise derivation and MA,studied the function of mechanism on extending the life cycle of industrial clusters.In the end,we gave some dynamic and flexible policies.
