摘　　要：本文综述了国内近年来奶制品中三聚氰胺含量测定方法。介绍了高效液相色谱法（HPLC）、高效液相色谱-质谱法（HPLC-MS）、气相色谱-质谱法（GC-MS）、毛细管电泳法等测定乳制品中三聚氰胺的情况。The civil latest study progress on the determination method of melamine in dairy products was reviewed in this article.Meanwhile,the development of determination method of melamine in dairy products by HPLC.HPLC-MS.GC-MS,CE etc are introduced.
