摘　　要：目的总结MOBETRON在手术中放射治疗的安全管理，提高肿瘤治疗效果。方法对41例手术完成放射治疗照射环节的安全管理，强调在手术野装置照射物品摆放时的注意事项、铺无菌手术单管理，减少放射治疗污染手术野的安全管理。结果41例MOBETRON放射治疗手术后无一例发生伤口感染。结论针对性护理措施能保障放射治疗的安全。Objective To summarize the safety management of MOBETRON radiotherapy and to promote the tumor therapy effect. Methods To emphasize safety management of intra-operative radiotherapy in 41 cases, including the notes for placing the radiation-equipment in surgical field, managements for putting sterile surgical drapes and security managements for reducing surgical site infection during the process of radiating. Results No Wound infection occurred after MOBETRON radiotherapy in 41 cases. Conclusions Pertinent nursing interventions can ensure the radiotherapy safety.
