我国不同地区职业中学教育经费来源比较——以上海等六省市为例

摘　　要：以上海、浙江等六省市为例,对我国职业中学教育经费来源进行比较。分析发现,要使我国职业中学获得更多的教育经费收入,有必要采取以下措施:在地方政府投入不足的地区,必须实行适当的财政转移支付制度,不断缩小东部和中西部地区的生均教育经费差距;采取必要的政策措施继续减轻贫困学生家庭的经济负担;要广泛吸纳社会资金的注入,增加职业中学其他渠道的资金来源。Comparing educational funds sources of vocational schools between six provinces in China,and the results show that,to acquire more educational funds of secondary vocational schools,the following measures are necessary：adopt powerful measures to urge local government to increase investment on vocational education and carry out proper financial transformation payment system to reduce the gap of average student educational funds between eastern and western region;adopt necessary policy and measures to further reduce burden of poor student family;absorb the infiltration of social funds to increase capital sources of other approaches.
