摘　　要：进城务工农民工作为我国现代化建设的主力军,虽然在年龄、体力、吃苦耐劳等方面具有一定优势,但普遍存在文化程度低、职业技能单一、岗位转换能力差的缺陷。建议打破城乡二元结构,建立城乡统筹的农民工培训运行机制;弥合城乡教育差异,实现城乡培训的有效衔接;科学统筹规划城乡职业教育服务资源,强化职业教育对经济社会发展的服务能力;创新农民工培训成本负担体系,构建城乡统一的多元培训投入机制。The migrant rural labourers are main force of modernized construction in China,though they have some advantages in the aspects of age,physical force and hardworking quality,they popularly have the shortages of low cultural degree,single professional skills and weak post transformation abilities,and the suggestions are：break through the gap between city and country and build the operational mechanism for rural labourer training of city and country planning as a whole;close educational gap between city and country and achieve effective linkage of training between city and country;scientifically plan vocational education resources in city and country and intensify the serving abilities of vocational education in economic and social development;innovate cost contribution system for rural labourers and construct multi-source training investment mechanism of city and country unification.
