摘 要:基于Hertz理论,推导出了与材料弹性模量相关联的滚动球轴承Heathcote接触区黏滑量计算模型,并基于该模型,借助有限元法分析了材料匹配性对滚动球轴承黏-滑特性的影响。研究结果表明,材料匹配性对滚动球轴承黏滑量影响较大,此外,载荷对接触区黏滑量的影响也较大,载荷每增加10%,接触区长轴和短轴相应增大3%,瞬时回转轴上移,接触区变形最大点黏滑量增加6.3%左右。探讨了载荷的变化对轴承Heathcote黏-滑特性的影响。A new Heathcote's stick-slip model of bearing balls was developed based on both Hertz theory and materials Young's modulus and used to calculate the stick-slip values at contact region for different bearing materials and to analyze their stick-slip characteristics by means of the model and finite element method.The research results show that the materials compatibility has greatly affect on stick-slip characteristics of roll bearings.Furthermore,the effect of load on the stick-slip of the contact region are also very great.It is found that for the same bearings,when the load increases 10%,the major and minor axis of the contact region will increase 3%and the value of the stick-slip maximum point of contact deformation increases 6.3%due to the instantaneous axis of rotation will move up.The effects of load on stick-slip of the rolling ball bearings were investigated by using loading rate.
