摘 要:在无辅助支撑条件下数字化渐进成形工艺的原理和方法的基础上,对无支撑板材数字化渐进成形过程中产生的变形与应变进行了分析,通过实验数据分析,对比了成形前后其厚度的变化和成形斜角的限制。对成形的形状误差进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决方法。该工艺方法采用通用CAD/CAM软件和通用的数控机床,无需专用工装,成本低,成形周期短。During sheet metal incremental forming process,the deformation and strain were analyzed based on the principles and methods of digital incremental forming process under the without support condition.By comparing thickness variation and oblique angle of forming restriction,and analyzing the shape errors of the forming process in order to put forward the corresponding solutions,experimental data analysis and theoretical calculation results indicate that the production cycle of without support process is significantly lower than that of traditional production processes under low-volume production conditions,and then has the merits such as adoption of universal machine tool,without excess special fixtures,low production cost and forming short period.
