汉中地区1997～2006年恶性肿瘤发病情况分析

摘　　要：目的:了解汉中地区肿瘤发病构成特征和趋势,为进一步开展肿瘤人群研究与防治策略提供科学依据。方法:收集汉中3201医院1997～2006年病理科诊断恶性肿瘤病例资料,录入Excel数据库进行统计,回顾性分析汉中市恶性肿瘤疾病谱,构成比,发展趋势等。结果:10年间恶性肿瘤检出病例5033例,其中各病种例数构成比前10位依次为:胃癌、食管癌、子宫癌、肺癌、大肠癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、鼻咽癌、淋巴瘤、软组织恶性肿瘤。后5年恶性肿瘤检出病例为2769例,较前5年多505例,以肺癌病例数增加最明显。全组恶性肿瘤患者发病年龄高峰为60岁左右,女性例数略多于男性。结论:消化系统肿瘤、妇科肿瘤及肺癌是威胁我市居民健康的重要因素;因此积极宣教与提早预防,加强对高风险人群的检查,以免造成漏诊与误诊。Objective：To understand the composition of Hanzhong tumor characteristics and trends of incidence,tumor populations for further research and provide scientific basis for prevention strategies.Methods：Hanzhong 3201 Hospital from 1997 to 2006 cases of pathology of cancer data entry Excel database statistics,retrospective analysis of malignant disease spectrum in Hanzhong City,composition and development trends.Results：10 cases among 5 033 cases of malignant tumors,the number of cases of diseases in which the constituent ratio of the top 10 were：gastric cancer,esophageal cancer,uterine cancer,lung cancer,colorectal cancer,breast cancer,liver cancer,nasopharyngeal cancer,lymph tumors,soft tissue sarcoma.Cases of malignant tumors after 5 years for the 2 769 cases,over the previous five years 505 to increase the number of cases of lung cancer the most obvious.The overall peak age of cancer onset was 60 years old,men,women slightly more than the number of cases.Conclusions：The digestive system cancer,gynecological cancer and lung cancer is a threat to the health of our city an important factor;so active missionaries and early prevention,strengthening the inspection of high risk groups to avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
