摘　　要：熵是对系统无序度的表征,熵理论应用到企业管理这一特定领域之后,被称之为"管理熵"。本文界定了企业正熵和负熵的概念,提出了企业管理熵研究的逻辑结构;建立了企业的正熵流指标体系和负熵流指标体系;运用熵值法原理推导了企业管理正、负熵的计算公式。对Brusselator模型中的变量进行转义,建立了企业管理熵Brusselator模型,提出了企业成为耗散结构的判据。最后选取AAA企业为研究对象,通过问卷调查获得了企业管理熵模型的基础数据,进行实证分析。Entropy gives an index to the disorder of a certain system. It is called management entropy as entropy theory is used in the field of enterprise management. The thesis defines the concepts of positive entropy and negative, and supposes the logic structure of enterprise entropy research. Then the thesis sets up the index system of positive entropy and negative entropy, infers the formula for calculating the positive entropy and negative entropy using entropy value principle. At the same time, the thesis translates the variables in Brusselator model into those of enterprise management, sets up Brusselator Model of enterprise management, and supposes the judgment tool for dissipative structure. Finally, the thesis chooses AAA Firm as subject, gains basic data of the firm＇s management entropy model and do practical analysis.
