摘　　要：综述了环十二酮在香料合成中的应用。环十二酮在大环化合物尤其是麝香酮的合成中发挥着非常重要的作用,并比较了几种合成方法的工业化前景。环十二酮在环十五内酯和其他物质的合成中也得到了广泛的应用。The article reviews the application of cyclododecanone in organic synthesis. The results show that cyclododecanone plays a role in synthesis of macrocyclic compound especially for muscone. We also discuss their industrialization prospect of each method. Cyclododecanone is applied in the synthesis of exaltolide and other materials extensively.
