摘　　要：根据西方经济学的观点,创建资本市场上融资有效需求和有效供给模型。在运用微观经济学理论对中小企业融资市场的供求变化进行了动态分析后,借助于博弈论模型来破解中小企业融资困境。最后,在借鉴国外中小企业融资方案的基础上,探讨了解决我国中小企业融资困境的策略。According to the view of western economic s,the model of the effective demand and supply in capital market is established.On the basis of the supply and demand of the market’s dynamic changing analysis through microeconomics methods,then,the models of game theory are used to explain the financing predicament.Finally,by obtaining experiences from financing scheme of small and medium-sized enterprises abroad,the tactics of solving our country’s are probed.
