摘 要:目的:探讨坚固内固定技术在颌骨手术中的应用。方法:使用坚因内固定的患者37例(骨折30例,正颌手术5例,植骨手术2例)。手术前后进行临床及X线片检查,了解 关系的恢复及骨折段的复位情况。结果:在本组病例中.33例患者骨段间顺利愈合,1例因骨创感染,另1例因固定螺钉松动,分别在术后3个月和4个月时取出夹板,2例患者术后咬合关系恢复不良。结论:在正颌手术及颌骨骨折中,使用坚固内固定,既利于骨段间的稳定加速其愈合,又缩短了颌间栓结时间,是一种理想的固定技术。Objective:The purpose of this study is to evaluate action Of rigid internal fixation in operation of jaw bone. Methods: 30 cases of fracture of the jaw, 5cases of orthognathic surgery and 2 cases of bone grafts were collected, clinical and x-ray examination were made preoperatively and postoperatively. ReSults: 33 patients were successfully union, two patients had bite reationship unhealthy, one patient plate was removed because of infection, in other patient the reason for plate removal was loosing of plate. Conclu sion: Rigid internal fixation had many advantages including immediate jaw mobilization, improved airway managment, more rapid bone healing, along with enhance stability and short time of intermaxillary fixation.
