摘　　要：目的更好的解决膀胱癌患者膀胱全切术后贮尿和排尿问题。方法采用改良Ｍａｒｙｌａｎｄ回肠代膀胱术治疗膀胱癌患者１８例。结果改良术式新膀胱功能满意，排空良好，并发症少。结论改良Ｍａｒｙｌａｎｄ回肠代膀胱术式是一种较为理想的肠代膀胱术。Objective To modify and improve the technique of Maryland ileocystoplasty. Methods 18 vesical cancer patients were treated with the modified ileocystoplasty. Results The low tension ileocystoplasty has less complications. The function of the new urinary bladder is satisfactory and evacuation is better. Conclusions The low tension modified Maryland ileocystoplasty is a better procedure for the construction of an urine reservoir after total cystectomy.
