摘　　要：医学教育全球化及医学综合化改革的新形势,对军队医学类人才的知识、能力和素质结构提出了新的要求。在此分析了当代军队医学生的人文素质现状及教育的难点,并提出了促进军队医学生人文素质教育的具体举措。Globalization of medical education and medical reform made new demands for integration of the military-medical personnel＇s knowledge,ability and quality structure.This paper analyzes the difficulties of contemporary humanistic quality of military medical students and educational status and puts forward some concrete measures of promoting the humanistic quality education in the military medical students.
