摘　　要：本文强调制定信息系统开发总体规划的重要性,提出了信息系统开发的总体研究框架及其方法论,指出了信息系统开发总体规划应该包含的内容.This paper emphasizes the importance of overall programming on the development of a MIS.,it presents a methodology and a framework with which we can develop a MIS more eeficiently,and finally the content^of the program is proposed in this paper.
