70例颅内动脉瘤患者临床表征与护理方法

摘　　要：目的:分析颅内动脉瘤患者临床情况,总结该病围手术期护理经验。方法:对70例颅内动脉瘤患者进行Hunt-Hess分级,用数字减影血管造影技术(Digitalsubtraction angiography,DSA)检查确定病变部位,分析患者转归情况,对患者进行术前、术后监测、管道、康复等护理。结果:①Hunt-Hess分级评分:1级8例,2级28例,3级24例,4级10例。②DSA检查,颈内动脉瘤14例,大脑中动脉瘤22例,前交通动脉瘤16例,后交通动脉瘤18例。③病人治愈(48.6%)或病情好转(34.4%),因肺部感染和颅内血肿死亡各2例。④心理护理前后患者焦虑恐惧心理得到显著的缓解;患者对护理方法的满意度达98.6%。结论:加强围手术期护理特别是心理护理有助于提高手术的成功率。Objective：To analyze the clinical manifestation of patients with intracranial aneurysms and share the experience in perioperative nursing care of these patients.Methods：70 cases of patients with intracranial aneurysms were entered into the experiment.Patients were graded by following Hunt-Hess grade standards, and sites of the disease were diagnosed by using digital subtraction angiog-raphy（DSA）.Perioperative nursing care were performed before and after operation such as monitoring, pipeline, rehabilitation care and so on.Results：① Hunt-Hess grade：8cases in grade 1, 28 cases in grade 2, 24 cases in grade 3, 10 cases in grade 4.② DSA examining：14 cases with Internal carotid artery tumor, 22 cases with Middle cerebral artery tumor, 16 cases with Anterior communicating artery tumor, 18 cases with Posteriorcommunicating artery tumor.③ Results of treatment：cure（48.6%）orgetting better（34.4%）, and one case died from lung infection and one from intracranial hematoma.④ The patients have significant anxiety, fearof mitigation before psychological care; and it is up to 98.6% for patient satisfaction with nursing.Conclusion：In order to improve the quality of life of patients with intracranial aneurysm, it is good to enhance the perioperative nursing especially psychological care which helped to improve the success of surgery.
