摘　　要：心理学是高校思想政治教育的基本组成部分。当今时代,大学生的心理健康状况、思想认识都发生了深刻变化,他们所承受的心理压力产生的心理问题远大于以前。高校思想政治教育工作作为培养大学生成才的重要方面,必然要承担起预防和调节大学生心理,引导大学生心理健康发展的责任。高校教育工作者只有掌握并灵活运用心理学的基本原理和方法探求思想政治教育的有效性及路径,才能为大学生的全面可持续性发展奠定基础。Psychology is the basic component of the ideological and political education of universities. Nowadays, the state of mental health together with thought and knowledge of undergraduates, have undergone profound changes. The psychological problems, which psychological stresses they bearing result in, are much greater than before. As an important aspect of culturing undergraduates, the ideological and political education of universities is bound to take the responsibilities that prevent and adjust mentality of undergraduates, and guide the development of undergraduates＇ mental health. Educators of universities must master and flexibly use the basic principles and methods of psychology to explore the effectiveness and the path of ideological and political education to lay the foundation for the comprehensive and sustainable development of undergraduates.
