摘　　要：近来文献证明H2受体拮抗剂（H2A）在动物实验中及对人的心血管系统都有一定副作用.本文对目前国内外这方面的实验研究进行综述.Recently the literature proved the H 2 acceptor antagonist compounds （H 2 A） all has certain side effect in the animal experimentation and to human＇s cardiovascular system. This article carries on the summary to the present domestic and foreign this aspect experimental study.
