摘　　要：目的：研究微波炉消毒法对石膏模型精度的影响.方法：用藻酸盐印模材制作实验印模并分别用超硬石膏、普通石膏灌模,60min后脱模.石膏模型室温静置72h后测微镜下测量石膏模型,随后在微波炉消毒石膏模型并再次测量该模型,进行统计学分析.结果：消毒前与消毒后模型精度没有显著性变化.结论：微波炉消毒石膏模型不影响其精度,可以作为口腔石膏模型的消毒方法.Objective： The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of microwave oven disinfection on the accuracy of oral plaster model. Methods：We used alginate impression materials to make experimental impression and respectively used super--anhydrite,ordinary plaster mold filling, ejecting after 60rain. Then we used the measuring microscope to measure the plaster models which have been keeping still under the room temperature for 72h,followed by microwave oven disinfection and re--measurement of the plaster model. Finally the measured dates were statistically analyzed. Results：It shows NSS on; the model accuracy before and after the disinfection. Conclusions：Microwave oven disinfection of plaster model does not affect its accuracy and can serve as a dental plaster model of the disinfection method.
