摘　　要：机场应急救护是指机场及邻近区域发生紧急事件时采取的紧急救护措施,是机场应急救援的重要组成部分.机场应急救护具有突发性,伤病情复杂性,不可预测性,紧迫性,环境的不稳定性等特点,包括现场救治,医学转运,途中救护等环节.随着人们法律维权意识的增强,作为医疗救护人员,除了在专业技能,职业道德等方面不断提高外,也要有防范医疗纠纷的意识和对策.因为医疗纠纷的发生,对机场医疗急救部门来说,往往会产生较大的冲击和危害,同时对机场的安全正常运行造成不良影响.正确审视及处理纠纷是完善机场应急救护的必要环节.The first aid measure which the airport rescues is emergency refers to the airport and is close to the region to have when urgent event adopts, is the airport emergency recovery important constituent. The airport rescues emergency has the burst characteristics, injuries the condition complexity,the unpredictability, the pressing, environment characteristics and so on instability, treats and cures including the scene, the medicine transportation, rescues and so on the links on the way. Along with the people law Uygur power consciousness enhancement,outside took the medical aid personnel,except in the specialized skill,aspects and so on occupational ethics enhances unceasingly,also must have the guard medical service dis- pute consciousness and the countermeasure. Because of the medical dispute occurrence, to the airport medical service first aid department,often can have the big impact and the harm,simultaneously creates to the airport security normal operation affects not good. Correctly carefully examines and the processing dispute consummates the essential link which the airport rescues emergency.
