摘　　要：急症剖宫产就是为了保证孕妇或胎儿的安全需要立即行剖腹产术结束妊娠.它作为一种应激源,患者多有恐惧心理,可直接影响产妇的正常心理活动,造成产妇心理不适.医护人员不仅要重视对疾病的诊断和手术的方法,还要了解患者的心理状况和情绪变化,这关系到手术中母婴的平安.我们通过对我院87例急症剖宫产患者进针对性的心理调查及心理护理,使产妇达到最佳心理状态,从而保证了手术的顺利进行.The acute disease splits the palace to produce is in order to guarantee the pregnant woman or embryo＇s safety requirement sets up im- mediately the Caesarean birth technique conclusion pregnancy. It took one kind of stress source, the patient has the dread, may affect parturient woman＇s normal psychological activity directly,c,eates the parturient woman psychology to he ill. Not only the medical care personnel wants to take disease diagnosis and the surgery method,but also must understand patient＇s psychological condition and the mood change,this relates in the surgery maternal infant＇s safety. We through split the palace to my courtyard 87 example acute diseases to produce the patient to enter the pointed psychologi- cal investigation and psychological nursing, enables the parturient woman to achieve the best psychology, thus had guaranteed the surgery carries on smoothly.
